摘　　要：根据自动驾驶仪的工作原理和测试原理 ,提出了扩展自动化测试设备功能的设想 .充分利用自动化测试设备的硬件设施 ,增加驾驶仪故障分析软件即可实现导弹自动驾驶仪故障的快速准确定位 .建立了驾驶仪故障树 ,设计了导弹自动驾驶仪故障分析软件 。The idea for expanded function of automatic test equipment is proposed According to the theoretical and testing principle of autopilot.Fault analysis software has been designed by using the whole hardware of automatic test equipment,and then fault parts can be determined exactly.The fault tree is built.The compatibility for the software with automatic test equipment is discussed.
