摘 要:为给高效气浮净化处理或气液传质过程的工程化设计研发提供硬件设备和基础性数据支撑,设计研发了基于微孔介质发泡机理处理量为2m3/h的微细气泡发生器,并首次在国内采用美国Microtrac公司S3500型激光粒度仪成功实现了微细气泡粒径的在线带压测量,系统讨论了液流流量、注气压差和注气比3个操作参数对管式微孔介质气泡发生器中气泡粒径分布特性的影响.实验结果表明:随着液流流量的增加,微细气泡平均粒径逐渐降低,二者之间呈现一种近似直线关系;随着注气压差的增加,微细气泡平均粒径先急剧减小后基本保持不变;随着注气比的增加,微细气泡相互聚并现象加剧导致粒径呈现指数形式增长.To provide the hardware equipment and basic data support for efficient air-flotation purification treatment or engineering design for the process of mass transfer in gas-liquid,a micro-bubble generator with the capacity of 2m3/ h have been designed based on the microporous media shearing mechanism. A vertical counter-current gas flotation test apparatus was also constructed. Online measurement of micro-bubble size distribution under pressure has been successfully achieved by Microtrac S3500 laser particle analyzer for the first time in China. Furthermore,the influence of operating parameters on micro-bubble size distribution in micro-bubble generator have been systematically investigated and discussed. It is demonstrated by the experimental results that,with the increase of water flow,average particle size of microbubbles are gradually reduced. There is an approximate linear relationship between the two variables. The average particle size of micro-bubbles is sharply decreased to a certain value and then remains constant while the injection pressure difference is increasing. With the increase of gas injection ratio,the phenomenon of micro-bubble coalescence aggravates which leads to exponential growth of particle size of micro-bubbles.
