摘　　要：对于重型颅脑外伤行气管切开的患者,如何降低他们感染的发生率,从术前、术后较易发生感染机会的方面着手,做好其预防及护理,减少感染的发生。Dispels symptoms such as bloating the patient regarding the heavy skull flesh wound who the tube cuts open,how reduces the formation rate which they infect,after the technique,the technique is easy to have the infection opportunity aspect to begin,to complete its prevention and nursing,reduces the infection the occurrence.
