摘 要:目的本研究旨在探讨应用胶原包被的微拉皮肤移植修复创面的效果,总结预防创面瘢痕形成的体会。方法用少量自体表皮和部分真皮组织制成约1~2mm^3的微粒皮肤并包被胶原,移植覆盖于患者受皮区创面上。结果18例病人经此法治疗后的结果显示:微粒皮肤生长良好,扩展迅速,创面愈合明显加快。与对照组比较,愈合后的皮肤颜色、质地更为均匀一致,无明显增生性瘢痕形成。12个月后治疗组随访16例病人表明供皮区的愈合效果较好。结论胶原包被的微粒皮移植修复创面可明显加快创面的愈合,减轻瘢痕增生,因而此方法有望在临床推广应用。Objective This study was to observe the curative effect on wound healing by collagen packed- micrograined skin grafting and to summarize the success of scar forming prevention.Methods A little of epidermis and part of dermis were cut out to made into micrograined skin(1~2mm^3)with collagen packed,then the collagen packed-micrograined skin was grafted to different skin wound.Results 18 cases were cured by this way and the curative effects showed that the growth of micrograined skin grafting was excellent and the healing time was shorten obviously.The color and texture of healed skin was uniform and no obvious scar formation.16 patients were followed up after I2 months and the results showed the donor areas were also healed well.Conclusion Collagen packed-micrograined skin grafting can promote the wound heating and repaired skin has the slighter scar formation,so it suggested that the method has the potential in clinical application.
