复方瘤痛克的药理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复方瘤痛克的作用机理,为临床用药提供理论依据。方法分别取小鼠48只、44只,大白兔40只,用随机法分组,每组10～12只。阴性对照组给予生理盐水;阳性对照组给予消炎痛、丹参片;中药大小剂量组分别给予复方瘤痛克,用灌胃法给予不同剂量的药物。将二甲苯涂于各组小鼠右耳。诱发小鼠炎性反应;每只小鼠尾静脉注射垂体后叶素,使小动脉血流速度减慢;大白兔耳静脉注射10%高分子右旋糖酐,造成"血瘀"模型。结果复方瘤痛克对二甲苯致炎的小鼠耳肿胀具有显著的抑制作用:同时,该药能明显加快小鼠耳部小动脉的血流速度;对高分子右旋糖酐所致的血瘀模型,具有显著的抑制功效。结论复方瘤痛克具有良好的抗炎消肿、活血化瘀作用。Objective Discussion the mechanism of of the Complex Prescription LiuTongKe.So that we can provide scientific foundation in using medicine in clinic.Methods Take 48,44 mouse and 40 albino rabbit respectively which were divided into different groups by randomization,every group has 10～12.Sodium Chloride were used in negative comparison groups; indomethacin and Danshen Root were used respectively in masculine comparison group;big dose and smalll dose of chinese medicine groupe were given LiuTongKe respectively.Different doses of LiuTongKe were given by intragastric administration.paint the xylene onto the right ear of the mouse and induced inflammatory reaction;every mouse were injected hypophysin by vein of mouse,s tail,which can reduce the small artery blood speed;10% giant molecule DX was injected to vein of albino rabhit,s ear, which make'congestion'model.Results Complex Prescription LiuTongKe can effectly restrain swell of small mouse ear by xylene.And at the same time it can also obviously improve the blood speed of arteria auricularis.Complex Prescription LiuTongKe it has obvious inhibition to'congestion'model which is resulted by to giant molecule DX.Conclusion Complex Prescription LiuTongKe has better function in resisting inflammation,promoting blood flow and remove blood stasis.
