急性冠状动脉综合征血清MMP-1、-9、TIMP-1、hs-CRP水平的变化及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)和基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子(TIMPs)以及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的变化及其相关性。方法发病12-48小时内的141例ACS患者和60例健康体检者采用酶标多克隆抗体夹心法测定血清基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)、MMP-9/TIMP-1、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平(ELISA)及其相关性。结果ACS患者的血清MMP-1、-9、MMP-9/TIMP- 1、TIMP-1、hs-CRP水平均较健康对照组(n=60)明显增高,血清MMP-1与MMP-9/TIMP-1、TIMP-1、hs-CRP水平显著正相关,与TIMP-1水平负相关,与血脂水平不相关。结论ACS患者存在着冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块基质成分的降解和炎症反应。Objective o observe the change and correlation of serum matrix metalloproteinases-1 (MMP-1),MMP-9,tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1 (TIMP-1),MMP-9/TIMP-1,and high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods:One hundred forty-one patients of ACS and healthy control group (n=60), serum levels of MMP-1,-9,TIMP-1,MMP-9/TIMP-1,hs-CRP were detected.Results:Patients with ACS had higher levels of serum MMP-1,-9,TIMP-1,MMP-9/TIMP-1 and hs-CRP,compared with those of healthy group (p<0.001,p<0.05,p<0.01.) and levels of MMP-1 had positive correlation with levels of MMP-9/TIMP-1、TIMP-1、hs-CRP and had negative correlation with TIMP-1.It had no correlated with levels of serum lipids.Conclusion:There is a degradation of matrix collagen, and inflammatory reaction in the coronary atherothrolosis plaque of patients with ACS.
