摘  要:利用Mo(Ⅵ)、W(Ⅵ)都能催化H2O2氧化I-的反应特性,监测其与柠檬酸发生的假一级配合反应,进行速差动力学法同时测定Mo(Ⅵ)、W(Ⅵ)的研究,建立了利用催化法提高速差动力学法灵敏度的方法,使其具有催化法的灵敏度.采用主成分回归法建模并预报未知样品中Mo(Ⅵ)、W(Ⅵ)的浓度,相对误差分别为-6.5%、-5.0%.It is assumed that all analytes can catalyse a common indicator reaction.Based on the difference in rates of a pseudo-first-order inhibition reaction between analytes and a common complexing agent,the analytes can be simultaneously determined.The rate of indicator reaction is used to monitor the kinetic process. As an example,Mo( Ⅵ) and W( Ⅵ) are simultaneously determined based on the different inhibitory effect of citric acid on their catalytic activities during the oxidation of I-by H2O2.Principal component analysis is employed to create the model and to predict unknown mixed samples.The determination results of Mo( Ⅵ) and W( Ⅵ) were given with relative error of-6.5%,-5.0% respectively.
