片式摩擦离合器计算机辅助设计及其图形处理

摘　　要：本文延伸了一般资料介绍的片式摩擦离合器摩擦片接合面的修正系数,使计算摩擦片的数目,从12片增加至19片。在 IBM PC/AT、XT 计算机上,用扩展 BASIC 编拟的实用程序,可以进行汉字化的人机对话,选择和变换参数计算。根据计算结果,通过程序接口,调用汉字化 Auto CAD 软件包,从打印机上打印出图库中相应尺寸的摩擦片零件图。计算和打印图形是自动地连续进行。A utility program in advanced BASIC for calculating the number of disk clutch plates of machinetool is introduced in this paper. The coupling correction factor of plates has been extended by the author, therefore more than 12 plates can be obtained in calculation to meet the need of machinetools.In connection with Auto CAD software package, the BASIC program will generate a.SCR,file,which controls the computer to plot drawings of disk clutch plates with a printer.The drawings were prepared in advanced and stored with floppy disk.The process of retrieval and plotting drawings was completed continuously and automatically without the participation of user.
