农科院校在校大学生自主创业意识的调查与分析

摘　　要：目前,自主创业已成为高校毕业生拓宽就业渠道、创造就业岗位、实现人生理想的重要形式,受到社会、学校、学生的关注。本文采用调查问卷形式,对农科院校在校大学生自主创业的态度、认识、意向、创业相关情况的了解及期望等方面进行调查。在调查分析基础上,对高校指导大学生自主创业的工作提出建立创业教育课程体系、加强自主创业指导队伍专业化建设、联系学科进行专业化指导、加强创业政策的引导和加大创业基金的支持力度的对策建议。Currently,college graduates' self-employment has been an important form to broaden employment channels,create jobs and achieve the life ideal.And now,it is concerned by society,university and students.The study researched the attitude,cognition,intention and expectations of the self-employment by questionnaire in agricultural university.On the basic of investigating and analyzing the data of the questionnaire,suggestions that establishing the system of entrepreneurship education,strengthening the professional construction of guidance team,giving students the professional guidance in contact with their subject,strengthening the guidance of entrepreneurship policies and increasing the supporting degree of entrepreneurship fund are given for guiding self-employment.
