摘　　要：为了解细胞凋亡在视网膜脱离时病理改变中所起的作用,8例脉络膜黑色素瘤继发渗出性视网膜脱离的眼球被选作病理组织学和TDT mediated biotin-dUTP Nick End Labelling(TUNEL)技术研究。其中4眼,观察到有散在分布的感光细胞凋亡的特征性变化——DNA的片断化,这表明:凋亡是脉络膜黑色素瘤继发渗出性视网膜脱离中感光细胞死亡的一个重要形式。Purpose: To examine the role of apop-tosis in retinal degenerative process in retinal detachment. Method: 8 human eyes with serous retinal detachment secondary to malignant melanoma of choroid were studied by histopathology and TDT-media-ted biotin-dUTP nick end Labelling (TUNEL) technique. Results: The characteristic DNA fragmentation of apoptosis was observed in scattered photoreceptor cells in 4 of 8 eyes. Conclusion: The results sugge-ste that apoptosis is one of the pathways of photoreceptor cells death in retinal detachment.
