分泌性中耳炎与正常人咽鼓管骨性段的测量分析

摘　　要：分泌性中耳炎临床多见,虽经反复咽鼓管吹张、鼓膜置管等治疗,仍有复发的顽固病例。本研究发现分泌性中耳炎患者其咽鼓管鼓口直径较正常狭小,提示可能与难治性分泌性中耳炎存在一定关系。本研究结果在顽固性分泌性中耳炎中没有发现咽鼓管骨性段骨质增生现象。Secretory media otitis is frequently seen in clinical practice. Although these patients were treated again and again (such as eustachian tube inflation, Ventilation tube set in tympanum, et al), there were still some stubborn cases.In this study, we found that the diameters of ostium tympanicum of eustachian tube of the patients were narrower than that of normal ones.It indicatedit may be associated with stubborn secretory media otitis. There is no new growth of bone found in these patients.
