α-细辛脑注射液雾化吸入铺助治疗新生儿肺炎45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察α-细辛脑注射液雾化吸入辅助治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效。方法:治疗组45例,除给予积极的抗感染及各种对症支持治疗外,加用a一细辛脑注射液,每次4mg,用生理盐水20ml稀释后雾化吸入;对照组不用,其余治疗同治疗组。结果:治疗组总有效率88.9%,对照组总有效率62.2%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.0 1);治疗组呼吸急促缓解、口周发绀及肺部啰音消失时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.0 1);结论:细辛脑注射液雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎疗效满意,且未见明显毒副作用。Obiective Observe Asarone injection and suck the auxiliary curative effect oftreating neonate′s pneumonia.Method:Treat 45 of group. Offer positive resisting and is in-fected and various dinds of support and treat to the ill ,add and use Asarone injection,4mgeach time,atomization is sucked after diluting by 20 mls of physiological saline;Contrst thegroup and does not need ,the other are treated and treat the group.Result:Treat group alwaysefficient88.9%,contrast group polypnea alleviate, mouth send dark purple and lung rale disap-pear time obuiously superior to contrasting group(P<0.01);Conclusion:Asarone injection atomi-zation it sucks to be pneumonia curative effect satisfied to treat neonate ,and has not seenthe obvious poisonous side effect,is worth～ing popularizeand apply on clinic.[
