德国大学毕业生就业服务体系与运行机制探究

摘　　要：促进大学生顺利就业,是政府、企业、高等学校和社会共同致力研究和急需解决的一项重要工作。本文以德国高校毕业生市场就业模式为研究对象,介绍和分析了德国大学毕业生"政府主导,企业、高校、社会、学生四方共同参与"的就业服务体系与运行机制。Promoting the successful employment of college students is an important task for Government,enterprises,institutions and society to work together to study and fulfill.The purpose of this paper is to study the Germany market employment model which features Government,enterprises,universities,social and student joint participation of the Quartet of the employment service system and operation mechanism.
