摘  要:用乙酰胆碱酯酶组织化学反应结合形态计量学分析 ,对出生后第 1d至第 60 d SD大鼠海马结构中胆碱能纤维和各层宽度的发育进行了定量观察。结果发现 :乙酰胆碱酯酶纤维在海马结构中呈层状分布 ,生后 1~ 7d,各层分布稀疏 ;此后纤维均在生后 7~ 2 1d快速增长 ,始层和辐射层纤维密度于生后 2 1d达到高峰 ,分别为 63 / 0 .0 1mm2和 5 4/ 0 .0 1m m2 ;在稳定一段时间后开始下降 ;腔隙分子层和齿状回分子层纤维密度于生后 42 d达到生长高峰 ,分别为 5 2 / 0 .0 1mm2和 10 9/ 0 .0 1m m2 ,此后开始下降。各层宽度随着年龄增长逐渐增宽 ,且于生后 7d到 2 1d增长最为迅速。结果表明 :胆碱能纤维在海马结构的发育主要是在出生后出现并体现“先过度生长后降低”的模式。Acetylcholinesterase histochemistry combined with morphometry analysis was used to examine the development of cholinergic fiber and width of various stratums in hippocampal formation in rats from PD1 (Postnatal day 1) to PD60. The results were as follows: AChE fibers in hippocampal formation displayed laminated pattern. From PD1 to PD7, distributions in every stratum were sparse. Then rapid increase of fibers took place in every stratum between PD7 and PD21. The fiber density reached the maximum at PD21 in stratum oriens and stratum radiatum, which was 63/0.01 mm 2 and 54/0.01 mm 2 respectively. Then decrease took place after a stable period. The fiber density in stratum lacunosum moleculare and stratum radiatum arrived at the maximum at PD42, which was 52/0.01 mm 2 and 109/0.01 mm 2 respectively. After that time, the fiber density began to decrease. Width of various stratums increased with development, in which it increased most fast from PD7 to PD21. The results suggest that the development of cholinergic fiber is mainly a postnatal phenomenon, which shows a pattern of 'overgrowth first and then decreases' and it may have correlation with the development of dendrite.
