摘 要:采用循环伏安法 (CV) ,线性扫描伏安法 (LSV)、常规脉冲伏安法 (NPV) ,Osteryoung方波伏安法 (OS WV)和计时库仑法 (CC)等电化学技术研究了抗癌药物 8-氮鸟嘌呤 (8-AG)在活化玻碳电极 (AGCE)上的阳极伏安行为 .在pH =5 .3的Britton -Robinson(B -R)缓冲底液中 ,8-AG有一良好的氧化峰 ,峰电位 (EP)在 +0 .93V(vs.Ag AgCl 3mol LKCl)附近 ,8-AG浓度在 6 .0× 10 - 7~ 1.0× 10 - 4 mol L范围内 ,峰高与浓度有良好的线性关系 ,检出限为 6 .5× 10 - 8mol L .该方法用于模拟尿样中 8-AG的测定 ,结果令人满意 .本文对8-AG的电极反应机理做了探讨 .Voltammetric behaviours of 8-Azaguanine (8-AG), an anticancer drug, have been investigated at an activated glassy carbon electrode by cyclic voltammetry, linear sweep voltammetry, normal pulse voltammetry, Osteryoung square wave voltammetry and chronocoulometry. In the Britton-Robinson (pH=5.3) buffer solution, one well-defined oxidation peak of 8-AG is obtained, and the peak potential is at +0.93V(vs. Ag/AgCl/3?mol/L KCl). The peak current is proportional to the concentration of 8-AG over the range of 6.0×10 -7~1.0×10 -4?mol/L. The dectection limit is 6.5×10 -8?mol/L. It is proposed that the number of electrons involved in the oxidation of 8-AG is 4 and the electrode reaction is totally irreversible. The peak current exhibits diffusion characteristics. 8-AG was successfully determined in the spiked human urine samples. The developed method is more sensitive than that of previous reported voltammetric studies.
