摘　　要：本文研究分为三部分 ,首先对几种普遍的度量方法进行了比较 ,然后在此基础上对度量方法作了改进 ,并度量了我国从 1 985— 1 998年的经济开放度 ,最后作者提出了一种新的度量方法。This papet is divided into three parts.The first part Comparing Several Common measurement methods.Then on the basis of the improvement of the measarement methods,this paper measures the economic openness of china from 1985 to 1998,The last part brings up a near measurement method.
