摘　　要：本文首先分析了风险投资资信评估的程序 ,然后分析了高技术风险投资资信评估指标体系设立的五大原则 ,并根据针对性原则提出了资信评估体系 ,接着阐述了指标体系建立的依据 ,最后根据资信评估内容设立了高技术风险投资资信评估指标体系。This paper primarily deals with credit risk evaluation index system for high-tech venture capital industry. First, the thesis analyzes the process of credit rating. Second, the discussion of principle has been expanded and the evaluation system is built. Third, we offer the criterion for credit rating. Eventually, the authors set up the credit risk evaluation index system for high-tech venture capital industry based on the evaluation content.
