胃安颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察胃安颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法 :慢性萎缩性胃炎 1 45例随机分成治疗组 1 0 5例 ,对照组 40例 ,观察治疗前后胃粘膜病理改变、HP清除情况和症状体征改善情况。结果 :治疗组治疗后胃粘膜腺体萎缩好转 ,有效率 81 .90 % ,明显优于对照组的 62 .5 0 % ( P<0 .0 5 )。治疗组症状总有效率 91 .43% ,对照组 77.5 % ,两组比较 P<0 .0 5。HP清除率治疗组63.89% ,对照组 2 3.81 % ,两组比较 P<0 .0 5。动物实验显示胃安颗粒修复病变大鼠胃粘膜腺体、改善腺体泌酸功能优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :胃安颗粒是治疗萎缩性胃炎的有效药物。Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Wei An granules in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:145 cases were divided into Wei An granules group (105 cases) and control group ( 40 cases). Observations were made on the histopathological changes of the gastric membrane, HP clearance, Gastric acidity, pepsinogen and improvement of signs and symptoms before and after the treatment.Results: Pathological effective: 81.9% of the Wei An granules group cases had gastric gland atrophy, which was higher than that of the control (62.5%) (P<0.05). Improvements of signs and symptoms: 91.34% of Wei An granules group cases showed to be effective, which was higher than that of the control (77.5%)(P<0.05). HP clearance rate in the Wei An granules group was 63.89%, which was higher than that of the control (23.81%)(P<0.05). Animal experiment revealed that Wei An granules could repair the gastric gland of rats to increase the secretion of acid, which was also better than that of the control (P<0.05). Conclusion:Wei An granules was an effective drug on CAG.
