摘 要:对转 Bt棉 GK-19和转 Bt美棉 BG-15 60进行了室内生测和大田调查。结果显示 ,室内生测两Bt棉品系对棉铃虫的抗性随组织器官和生育期的不同而变化。总体上 ,繁殖器官的抗性效率大于其它器官 ,7月份的抗性水平显著高于 8月和 9月 ;田间调查 ,在对照田第 3和 4代棉铃虫高峰虫量百株 14头和 2 8头密度下 ,Bt棉 GK-19和 BG-15 60对第 3和 4代棉铃虫的控制效果分别为 86.2 1%、87.89%、93 .10 %和 92 .19%。表明长江中游棉区转 Cry1A基因棉花对棉铃虫的田间种群数量亦有很强的控制作用。Resistance of two Bt transgenic cotton lines (GK 19 and BG 1560) to cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) was assessed through bioassay and field investigation. The research results indicated that there were significant differences of resistance levels among various organs and developmental stages of both Bt transgenic cotton lines by bioassay. In general, resistance level of reproduction organs were higher than leaves in two lines, and it decreased gradually as cotton growth from July to September;The field trial showed that control efficiencies to the third and fourth generations of cotton bollworm on GK 19 and BG 1560 were 86.21% and 87.89%, 93.10% and 92.19%,respectively, while peak densities were 14 and 28 larvae per hundred plants in conventional cotton field. It is suggested that both GK 19 and BG 1560 possess high potential for control of cotton bollworm in cotton planting area alone mid Changjiang River Valley.
