男性类风湿关节炎患者的血清性激素水平测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：采用放射免疫法检测 3 4例男性类风湿关节炎 (RA)患者 (RA组 )的血清雌二醇 (E2 )、睾酮 (T)、硫酸脱氢表雄酮 (DHEAS)水平 ,并与 3 0例健康男性 (对照组 )作对照。结果发现患者血清 T、DHEAS水平明显低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 0 1) ,而 E2 水平虽低于对照组 ,但无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。提示雄激素减低在男性To investigate the role of sex hormones in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), the serum levels of estradiol(E 2),testosterone (T) and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAS) were measured in 34 male patients with RA and 30 normal controls by radioimmunoassay. The serum levels of T and DHEAS in male RA patients were significantly lower than that of the controls (P<0.05, P<0.001), the level of E 2 was decreased but not significantly from the controls (P>0.05). This suggests the invasion of RA is a possible pathogenic role of decreased levels of the androgens .
