摘　　要：在简要介绍连铸机旋转台结构与生产工艺特点基础上 ,分析了设立旋转台在线状态监测与诊断系统的目的和旋转台状态监测与诊断原理 ,提出了监测与诊断系统的模型 ,并着重分析了系统硬件与软件组成、系统功能与特点等相关问题。Based on the introduction to structure and features of turret of continuous casting machine, this article analyzes the aim of setup online condition monitoring and diagnosing system. And more, the principle of the system is also introduced. Then we propose the system model. At last, some features of the model such as hardware, software and function are discussed in details.
