摘　　要：介绍了一种以IBM公司视频编码专用芯片S422和音视频解码芯片CD21为核心器件， 配合FPGA和DSP芯片开发的基于PCI总线的实时并发多任务MPEG-2编解码适配卡，并着重就编解码卡的系统结构、主要模块的设计和数据流控制进行了详细的阐述。This paper introduces a real-time concurrent multi-task MPEG-2 CODEC adapter card based on PCI bus,developed with specific video encoding chip S422 and audio/video decoding chip CD21 of IBM Corp. as the core devices,plus FPGA and DSP chips.It focuses on expounding the system architecture and design of the main function blocks as well as the dataflow control in detail .
