摘　　要：由于我国水资源的短缺、水污染的严重,迫使我们要注意节水。从这个角度来说明提高水价的必要性,并与国外的水价进行比较,得出水价的调整是自来水事业发展的必然趋势这个结论。Because of the scarcity of water resource and the severe water pollution,we have to make water saving.From this point,this paper describes the necessity of raising water prices.It also compares the price with other countries.Thus we draw a conclusion that raising water prices is the in- evitable trend of water utilities.
