价值工程在室内给水管材选择中的应用

摘　　要：简要说明了价值工程原理 ,以给水管材的选择为例 ,介绍了方案比较中各项功能权重的确定和评分方法。运用价值工程方法得出了最优方案 ,强调对方案的各功能要素和成本要素应力求全面精确列出 。Beginning with brief description on the principle of value engineering (VE), we illustrate the determination of weights and the point rating for each function term in a practical example of water pipe material selection, and singles out an optimum one by way of VE. Efforts to make the function and costs factors possibly complete are emphasized and attentions are indicated.
