摘　　要：对山东省 1 1 9家科技期刊的 72 2名编辑的年龄、学历、职称等状况进行调查 ,结果表明 :山东省科技期刊编辑队伍的整体素质较高 ,人员结构合理 ,编辑素质与期刊质量具有明显的一致性。editors of 119 sci tech periodicals in Shandong Province were investigated on their age,educational background, professional title and so on.The results show that the whole editors' quality is high and the personnel structure is reasonable,with editors' quality consistent with periodicals' quality.
