摘　　要：为适应网络环境下高校图书馆文献采访工作的需要 ,提出了文献集中采访管理方式 ,并就其基本思路、机构及人员组成、工作原则、职责及工作程序、对采访馆员的素质要求等进行了论述。The management of literature by collective consultation has been proposed to meet the needs of literature search in college libraries under the network circumstance.Its basic train of thoughts,agency,working staff,working principles,duty,working procedure and the quality of the librarians are also discussed in this article.
