摘　　要：阐述了小城镇及小城镇图书馆的发展状况、加强小城镇图书馆建设的必要性 ,提出了小城镇图书馆发展的 5条对策。The paper describes the development situations of small towns and town library,points out the necessity to strengthen the construction of town library,and puts forward five countermeasures for the development of town library.
