摘　　要：网络环境下高校图书馆管理的价值取向主要有 :以读者用户为中心的总体价值取向、共建共知共享的资源建设取向、一切从方便读者出发的服务取向、图书馆管理的人本取向、主动塑造、主动参与的行为取向和塑造为教学科研服务的全校信息中心和学术机构的形象取向。The Value tropism of the management in academic library under a network condition include topics below:the general value tropism been focusing on the readers and users;the resource constructing tropism building and known and shared with everyone;the service tropism from the readers' sake;the humanism tropism of the management of the library;the action tropism of the initiative figuring and participating;the image tropism of the information center serving for the teaching and searching of the whole academic institute.
