摘　　要：分析“简化”方案的两个实例——FRBR和DC,讨论“搜索引擎”方案、“人海”方案和“简化”方案结合使用,构成网络信息资源加工和序化的总体解决方案,从一个侧面说明信息资源质量的评估对缓解资源管理危机的重要意义。This paper articulates two instances of 'simplified' method, FRBR and Dublin Core, concludes an overall solution to networked information resources organization and description based on the combination of 'search engine' method, 'distributed' method and 'simplified' method, which relies heavily on information resources evaluation to alleviate the emerging resource management crisis.
