摘　　要：根据国家科学数字图书馆(CSDL)分布式学科信息门户及其学科信息导航系统建设的总体要求,描述了学科信息导航系统中资源选择、资源搜寻策略、元数据、知识组织体系、维护使用管理机制等的设计规范及其开放描述要求。Based on the requirements of Chinese Science Digital Library's Distributed Subject Portals and their SubjectInformation Gateways, this paper describes the standardized design and open description requirements on the Gateways' resourceselection, harvesting strategies, metadata, knowledge organization systems, and maintenance and administration control.
