摘  要:目的 评估基因芯片法检测乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)YMDD变异的临床应用。方法 用基因芯片法检测 60份乙型肝炎病人的血清 ,其中 2 0份同时用基因测序法和快速PCR法检测 ,用Ridit方法分析检测结果。结果 拉米夫定治疗 5 2周的 2 0个标本中 ,用基因芯片法检测出 14份有YMDD变异株 ,与快速PCR法检出结果一致 ,测序法仅检出9例有变异株。Objective To evaluate the clinical usefulness of genomic chip for detection of HBV YMDD mutation. Methods 60 blood specimens of chronic hepatitis B patients treated with lamivudine were examined by genomic chip method for YMDD mutant strains which were compared with those by sequencing analysis and rapid PCR method. Results YMDD mutation strains were detected in 14/20 specimens from 20 patients treated with lamivudine for 52 weeks. In 14 specimens mutations were also demonstrated by rapid PCR method. Sequencing analysis method only found 9 mutation strains.Conclusion Genomic chip was a usefal method for detection of HBV mutation in clinical.
