运动处方在光量子氧透射液体疗法治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变中的作用

摘　　要：目的在光量子氧透射液体治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变的基础上探讨运动处方的作用。方法随机将透射组58例分为运动组38例与非运动组20例。患者先接受光量子氧透射疗法;运动组再接受中等强度有氧训练。结果运动组较非运动组治疗后的血糖、血脂、红细胞压积下降具有显著意义(P<0.05);且运动组治疗后的运动、感觉神经传导速度的提高较非运动组显著(P<0.05)。结论透射液体疗法配合运动处方是一种治疗糖尿病末梢神经病变的有效方法。Objective To find the treatment effection of exercise prescription combined with l ight quantum oxygen transmission fl uid therapy in the peripheral nerve lesion of diabetes patients.Methods 58patiients were randomly allolate d for exercise group(38ones)and non-exercise group(20ones).The patients were first treated wit h light quantum oxygen transmission fluid therapy.And the exercise grou p were given a aerobic training in the f ollow up.Results There was a significant difference b etween the exercise group and the non-exercise one in blood sugar,blood-1ipid and h ematocrit(P<0.05).And the conduction velocity of moto r and sensory nerves were increasing(P<0.05).Conclusion This results suggest that it is a effe ctive method thatexercise prescrip tion combined with light quantum oxy gen that it is a effective method that exercise pre scription combined with light quant um oxygen transmission fluid therap y.
