摘　　要：由于水泥膨胀珍珠岩的水分无法排尽 ,而温度的变化使防水层起鼓开裂 ,造成屋面渗水、漏水。工程实例调查及研究说明 。Because the moisture in the cement pearlite is difficult to be drained, and the waterproof layer blisters and cracks by change of the temperature, the roof begins to seep and leak. All the fact show that the elimination of the cement pearlite is inevitable.
