摘　　要：工程设计是控制建设项目投资的关键环节。大理红山1000t/d水泥项目在保证设计项目的前提下,通过技术创新和优化设计,简化工艺流程,减少工程量,达到了降低投资的目的。Engineering design is the key link for controlling project investment. In 1000t/d Dali Hongshan cement project, the goal of decreasing investment was reached by means of technical innovation, design optimization, simplifying process flow and reducing engineering volume.
