翠云草中1个新的双黄酮类化合物

摘　　要：目的研究翠云草Selaginella uncinata全草的化学成分。方法采用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、高效液相色谱等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过NMR、HR-ESI-MS等技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果从翠云草全草75%乙醇水提取物中分离得到1个新的双黄酮类化合物,鉴定为4′,7″-二甲氧基-2″,3″-二氢南方贝壳杉双黄酮(1)。结论化合物1为新的南方贝壳杉型的双黄酮类化合物,命名为翠云草双黄酮。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the whole plants of Selaginella uncinata.Methods The compound was isolated and purified by macroporous resin,silica gel,and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,as well as preparative HPLC.Its structure was identified on the basis of spectroscopic techniques including UV,IR,1D-,2D-NMR,and HR-ESI-MS.Results One biflavonoid was isolated from the 75% ethanol aqueous extract and identified as 4′,7″-di-O-methyl-2″,3″-dihydrorobustaflavone(1).Conclusion Compound 1 is a new biflavonoid named uncibiflavone.
