摘　　要：为了实现中国资本市场的完全开放,QFII和QDII作为一种有限度的资本市场开放过渡措施,正被决策部门积极研究。本文主要介绍亚洲、南地中海及欧美各国在资本市场开放过程中的经验和教训,分析它们所采取的政策措施,以及这些经验和政策对我国开放资本市场的借鉴作用。I In order to realize complete opening capital market in China,QFII & QDII,as restricted temporary approaches,are positively studied by the decision department.This paper is mainly about the experience and lessons during the process of opening capital market in some Asian,Southern Mediterranean,Euro- pean and American counties,analyzes the policies they adopted,therefore,gets to the result referred to the opening capital market policies.
