摘　　要：本文以法律和社会网络这一经济发展和制度变迁过程中最为根本的正式制度、非正式制度因素为考察对象和分析平台。在本文的分析框架中,法律和社会网络作为两种具有不同适用环境、合作机制、经济属性和成本结构的秩序系统,其对经济个体的行为选择和社会经济的发展轨迹有着不同的影响模式。而两者之间复杂的替代、互补和冲突关系以及在社会变迁中作用交替的动态演化对于我们深刻理解中国经济转轨过程中的现实问题有着较强的解释力。This paper analyzes law and social networks in the research frame of formal institution and informal institution interaction.Because of having different apply circumstance,cooperate mechanism,economic attribute and cost structure, the order systems of law and social networks have different impact mode to individ- ual choice and social development track.The complicated substitute,complement and conflict relationship between law and social networks,as well as alternant effect dynamic evolvement of law and social networks,all have stronger explain power to practical questions in China transition economics.
