摘　　要：质量监控系统,作为地下流体学科中心技术系统的重要组成部分之一,监控着全国地下流体前兆数据库管理的所有台站观测数据的质量。该系统具有定时自动监控和运行速度较快的特点,体系结构为客户/服务器。详细阐述了本系统服务器和客户端应用开发的结构、功能及其主要实现技术。Qualitymonitoring system is one of the important parts of central technical system of underground fluid observation. It monitors quality of data in the observational database of underground fluid. The system can monitor data quality automatically and quickly; systematic structure of the system is clients/server. Structure, function and main developing technique of the system's client and server application are introduced.
