摘　　要：对高质量螺旋藻基因组 DNA的制备方法及其影响因素进行了研究 .结果表明 :以含水量约为10 %的冷冻藻泥为材料 ,采用 CTAB缓冲液及二次沉淀提取法 ,可获得高质量和高得率的螺旋藻基因组 DNA.Preparation methods of high quality genome DNA in Spirulina were studied, five pre treated materials, two extracting buffers and two procedures were tested, respectively. The results indicated that the high quality genome DNA with high isolating rate could be obtained out of pelitomorphic Spirulina about 10% water content after lyophilized, isolated with CTAB buffer and two time precipitation method
