摘　　要：According to the public report releasedby Fuhua Group Co.,Ltd.(SZ:000507),it is planning to increase investment inBP Zhuhai Chemical Company Ltd.inGuangdong Province,China with BP to-gether for scheduling a second world-scale PTA (purified terephthalic acid)plant.The registered funds of ZhuhaiBP will be increased from US$144 mil-lion to US$277 million.BP Zhuhai,ajoint venture between BP (85%) andFuhua Group (15%),currently operatesa 350000 t/a PTA plant at the site
