摘　　要：Polyvinyhdene chloride resin (PVDC) isa copolymer with vinylidene chloridemonomer as major component,broadlyapplied in fields such as food andmedicine.Developing PVDC productscan help to balance the excess chlorinemade in the chlor-alkali industry,andhelp manufacturers improve perfor-mance and competitive edge.PVDC products include emulsion andresin types.PVDC emulsion can be di-rectly coated on the surface of substratematerial.Because PVDC emulsion iswater soluble,it is easy to use,safe andreliable.Therefore it is broadly appliedin packaging by the tobacco,food andmedicine industries.
