摘　　要：Constant demand growthThe global capacity of dicyclopen tadienewas around 480 thousand t/a in 2005.Major producers include Dow Chemical,Exxon Mobile, Shell and Texmark.China has abundant dicyclopentadieneresources. They are mainly frombyproduct C₅ cut in the ethylene produc-tion and light benzene cut in coal coking.
