摘　　要：In the week of October 29th-November 2nd,the indexes ofthe Shanghai and Shenzhenstock markets went up 3.37%and 0.31% respectively,pre-paring for the publicly tradingof the 4 billion new shares ofPetroChina Company Ltd onNovember 5th.PetroChina and Sinopec Corp.together are required by thecentral government to guaran-tee the supply of petroleumproducts and gases in domes-tic market.The boosted pricesof petroleum products resultedin prices climb for most ofgoods.The development ofeconomy is coming across thehuge problem with supply ofenergy and other resources.
