摘　　要：Sinochem Group announced on August 7th that the United States International TradeCommission (ITC) has reversed an earlier ruling by the chief administrative law judge andterminated the investigation against Sinochem in its entirety with a finding of no violation.The case involved a process for making R-134a, a coolant that replaced ozone depletingR-12.
