摘　　要：On November 5th, 2009 a ground breaking ceremony for Beijing Petrochemical AdvancedMaterials Technology Industrial Base was held in Fangshan district of Beijing, close to siteof Sinopec Beijing Yanhua Petrochemical Company. The production base, with a targetedindustrial output value of RMB120 billion by 2015, is jointly set up by Sinopec Groupand the Beijing Municipal Government.
