摘　　要：Guizhou Chitianhua Co., Ltd.(Chitianhua, SH:600227) says to raise fund of up to RMB1.2billion via publicly issuing new shares.The proceeds will be spent in acquiring a50% stake in Guizhou Jinchi Chemical Co.,Ltd.(Jinchi) from Guizhou West ElectricPower Co., Ltd.and finance Jinchi’s coalchemical project in Tongzi of Guizhouprovince.Chitianhua currently has a 50%stake in Jinchi, upon completion of the deal,Chitianhua will hold a 100% stake in Jinchi.
