摘　　要：Datang International Power Generation Co.,Ltd., under China Datang Corp., commencedconstruction of a coal-to-gas plant in Fuxin,Liaoning province on March 29th.The RMB24.57 billion project will have capabilityof producing 4 billion cubic meters ofgas per year, to meet the growing demand forgas in Liaoning province. The first phase ofthree phases is scheduled for startup in 2012.
