摘　　要：The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announcesto initiate a dumping investigationon imported caprolactam (CPL, HS code:29337100) from the European Union andthe USA effective April 22nd, 2010. Thedumping investigation term is set from January1st, 2009 to December 31st, 2009 whilethe injury investigation period is from January1st, 2007 to December 31st, 2009.
