摘　　要：China is in a unique position in the currentworld’s wave of energy transition and lowcarbondevelopment.That is because as theworld’s most populous nation and in factthe second-largest economy in which coalaccounts for 70% of primary energyconsumption,China’s carbon dioxide emissionsalso top the world’s with per-heademissions exceeding world average.However,the nation’s per-capital GDP isso low at levels of developing nations.
