摘　　要：On June 21st PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company completed capacity expansionof ethylene oxide by constructing a new 50 000 t/a unit based on the existing200 000 t/a unit.The company started wet commissioning on the additional 50 000 t/a unit in July.
